Rfiding is a project to restrict access to machines and doors in a makerspace, hackerspace or open workshop.

In early 2024 I began a rewrite of the server side component of the project from scala with play to python with django to allow for more stability and easier maintainability for the codebase. The project is being used at Dingfabrik e.V. in cologne to access areas and dangerous machines.
